The Connecticut Foundation for Open Government (CFOG) is pleased to announce that a team of reporters from Hearst Connecticut Media Group, a Connecticut town clerk and a resident of East Haven have been selected to receive the third annual Mitchell W. Pearlman Freedom of Information Award.
