Stafford teacher accused of touching student resigns – Journal Inquirer

STAFFORD — Todd Kelliher, the Stafford Elementary School teacher who was arrested in March based on allegations he inappropriately touched a female student and yelled “just kill yourself” at a boy in his fifth-grade class, has resigned, according to School Superintendent Patricia Collin.

The resignation was revealed at a hearing of the Freedom of Information Commission in Hartford on Tuesday.

Kelliher’s resignation took effect July 15, Collin said in an email to a reporter today.
